Love Is Boutique - our vintage clothing shop in Tunbridge wells - was born in 2009 out of a love for all things bling, a passion for fashion (new and old) and the great feeling of saving cash on something that cost a fortune ‘first time around’!

We are based in the rather gorgeous town of Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent, in a quirky, quaint but totally cute four storey town house. We have two floors full of things to make your heart beat faster but not your wallet run for the door!!

Although we aim to be a dress agency at heart, we love clothes too much to make that a limitation! You’ll find lots of brand new items in up to the minute designs and, in contrast, dresses from the 30’s, handbags from the 50’s and maybe the odd ra-ra skirt from the 80’s! Our vintage clothes are individually selected to be worn now – not for fancy dress – but to bring up to date with an uber cool belt or a striking pair of ‘now’ boots.

Recycling your wardrobe is obviously something that is popular in the press at the moment but it completely makes sense.  We all know the feeling of desperation when you want that new ‘it’ bag, you get it, you love it but when a new one comes along, you can quickly forget your old ‘lover’……

Our aim is to encourage like-minded girlies to sell their unloved items, making some cash in the process and giving another fashionista the chance to love it too!
